1. Orders:
- All orders are subject to availability.
- Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
- We reserve the right to decline orders based on our capacity or ingredient availability.
2. Payment:
- Payment is due before or during pickup.
- We accept cash, electronic payments via E-transfer - justbakedbybri@gmail.com
- Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
- At Just Baked By Bri, we take pride in the quality of our baked goods and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of our small home bakery operation, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
4. Pickup and Delivery:
- Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed-upon time and location.
- If requested, delivery may be available and within a specified radius for an additional fee.
- We are not responsible for any damage to goods after pickup or delivery.
5. Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements:
- We strive to provide delicious baked goods made with high-quality ingredients. However, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to: Wheat, Gluten, Dairy, Milk, Eggs, Soy, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, and Sesame. Despite our best efforts to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles these allergens. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any item is completely allergen-free.
- While we maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, Just Baked By Bri is a pet friendly home. Customers with severe pet allergies should be aware of this.
6. Quality and Satisfaction:
- We strive to maintain the highest quality standards in our products.
- If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
7. Liability:
- Just Baked By Bri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your order or use of our products.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Intellectual Property:
- All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and product images, is the property of Just Baked By Bri and may not be used without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
